What is Kinesiology?

Kinesiology is a gentle, yet powerful natural therapy. It can support the emotional and physical wellbeing. Kinesiology seeks to locate and understand the root cause of stress. Using gentle muscle testing of the physical body, it’s a natural bio-feedback mechanism which supplies information via the nerve pathway and meridian systems of the brain and body, known as our subconscious. It determines where there is an imbalance in the body ~ emotional (psychological), structural (physical) & biochemical (physiological). Finding the underlying cause of and the best correction for you, helps to bring you back into alignment, so that you and your body can access your innate ability to heal and thrive and reconnect you back to your true self.

Kinesiology can support and assist you with re-connecting to Self, getting your energy back for living your best life back. Kinesiology is not used to diagnose a disorder or illness in the body, but to rebalance the body's innate energy, back into a higher physical, emotional and psychological wellbeing. 

Online Kinesiology Sessions ~ work no different than a face to face Kinesiology session. The only difference is I surrogate for your energy, muscle testing on your behalf, while we conduct your session online via Zoom. I am able to tap into your energy & subconscious programming, while we are together. This will help you to shift, transmute any past or present emotional, mental or environmental blockages, that have been preventing you from achieving your goals, desires, thus increasing your energy, bringing the body & mind, back to a higher physical, emotional and psychological well-being.  

What do I wear to a Kinesiology session?

For a Kinesiology balance you stay fully clothed so wear something comfortable and non-restrictive for ease of muscle testing.

How many Kinesiology sessions will I need?

After you initial Kinesiology session with me, I generally recommend a follow up session 3-4wks after and then further sessions every 4-6weeks, depending where you are at with what is going on in your life.

I also recommend to my clients to incorporate a regualar Kinesiology session into their Emotional Health & Wellness Program. It's all about checking in with your emtional self on a regular basis and what that looks like for you. It's about making the time for your "Emotional & Physical Tune Up", as I like to call it. Our bodies and mind, just like everything else in life, need the time, love and attention, for regular tune ups, to be able to work at thier greatest potential.

Being able to clear emotional and physical stress and stagnant energy on a regular basis, brings the physical and emotional body back into a state of natural balance and place of calm, leaving you feel empowered, grounded, centered, with greater clarity in life.

The body is made to heal both physically and emotionally, so why not incorporate a regular Kineisology support session into your Life.
