About me
Hi, I'm Kathleen, the owner of Kathleen Kinesiology and sole Kinesiology Practitioner. I am also a Nurse, Reiki Practitioner, Intuitive Meditation Teacher/Facilitator, wife and Mother, to my two beautiful children Thomas & Chloe. About 16 years ago, I was experiencing some personal emotional struggles and navigating my way through my life. As I searched for ways to heal and nurture myself, a friend suggested Kinesiology. And I’m so glad they did!
My curious, medically trained mind led me to want to learn more about Kinesiology and just how it could help with the physical and emotional aspects of our lives.
As a nurse I know, if you don’t deal with stress in your life your body will let you know and it will remain in a state of ‘dis-ease’ until it is healed. Emotionally, Physically & Spiritually. Your body has a unique way of talking to you and sending you subtle signs & symptoms.
Knowing how our thoughts and emotions affect every fibre in our body and how we exist and heal, I embarked on my journey to become a Kinesiology Practitioner, so I could share my passion and support others on their emotional and physical healing journey.
I love what I do and I am very passionate about supporting others to reach their full potential in life, releasing old limiting self beliefs and creating a space to Evolve, Emerge, Embrace, Embody and Empower them, Mind, Body & Spirit.

What is Kinesiology?

Kinesiology is a gentle, yet powerful natural therapy. It can support the emotional and physical wellbeing.
Using gentle muscle testing, it’s a natural bio-feedback mechanism which supplies information via the nerve pathway and meridian systems of the brain and body, known as our subconscious. It determines where there is an imbalance in the body.
